The hiring interview is as much an exercise in “buying” (selecting the right candidates) as in “selling” (convincing them to join your organisation).

In a marketplace where potential employers are fighting to attract top legal talents, your hiring process must be high-performing. The hiring interview, in particular, must be a demonstration of top professionalism. This course will teach you how to achieve that.

Available in English, French and Dutch. The course may include simulation games with professional actors.
